Atkins' experience in Hong Kong dates back to 1973. Today we have approx 1,200 employees in offices located in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing, Singapore and Australia.
We have played a key role in the planning, design and construction supervision of some of the largest and most complex multidisciplinary projects in the Asia Pacific region. These include: over 400 urban planning projects, the MTR Corporation's West Island Line, South Island Line and Shatin to Central Link railway lines, a variety of assignments for Chek Lap Kok International Airport and assisting the Hong Kong Government to upgrade their drainage and sewerage systems and to rehabilitate large portions of the water supply network.
